What you’ll do

  • 01Promote and advise on Allstate insurance products as part of a driven, customer-focused agency team.
  • 02Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • 03Meet new business production goals.
  • 04Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and services.
  • 05Develop insurance quotes, make clear policy presentations, and guide customers through next steps.
  • 06Connect with prospective customers through leads and referrals.
  • 07Present and explain policy options based on client needs.
  • 08Assess and identify customer wants and needs over the phone.
  • 09Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • 10Work independently and as part of a team.
