I’m a Clarksville resident, military spouse, mother, and small-business owner—and I’m proud to serve my neighbors as a local insurance agent. I understand the seasons of life that shape a family’s priorities, from settling into a new home to building something of your own.
I start by listening. I take time to help clients understand their coverage, talk through the details that matter, and find value in protection that fits their real life—from auto and home insurance to renters, life, and business coverage. My goal is a clear plan today and a relationship you can count on as life changes.

A Note from Alexis
Hi, I'm Alexis! Born and raised in Delaware, and the first in my family to graduate college — so trust me, I know a thing or two about building something from the ground up. I studied human services at Columbia College and went on to earn my master's in organizational leadership at Austin Peay. (Go Govs!)
About 15 years ago, the Army brought my family to Clarksville — and honestly? We never looked back. We fell in love with this community and have been raising our kids here ever since. My husband served more than nine years in the Army, so military families will always have a special place in my heart.
Before insurance, I spent years in banking and financial services, including a season at Edward Jones. I made the jump to insurance in 2008 and founded The Goines Agency in 2017 — right here in the community we call home.
When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me hanging out with my family, digging in the garden, or tackling some DIY project I probably started with more confidence than skill. And on Saturdays? I'm at the ballfield, rooting loudest for my softball player!
I also love showing up for this community — whether it's through Goines to Rise, the Chamber, volunteering locally or planning our safety festival. Clarksville has the best people who show up, and life's just better when we look out for each other!
